Bowers Chile Pepper Festival

Carl's Kickin' Chili is a popular staple at the annual September Chile Pepper Festival in Bowers, PA. We celebrated our 20th year at the 2019 festival. THANKS TO ALL WHO SUPPORT US!!!

Many people have inquired about the recipe but unfortunately Carl wishes to keep that to himself. However, he will divulge that the chili includes many fresh ingredients prepared at the festival including lean ground beef, chopped onions, and of course peppers. A variety of peppers are hand picked from the local pepper farm, Meadow View Farm or grown in Carl's garden. Add a blend of herbs and spices to give Carl's Kickin' Chili a textured, crunchy, and flavorable appeal.

The vast number of annual repeat customers attest to the quality, skill, and care taken to prepare the chili and the end result which yields the flavorful taste. Please Remember...this is Carl's KICKIN' Chili. 🌶️🌶️🌶️
